welcome back everybody so online right
now if you’re watching any other YouTube
channels or surfing the web for Kido
ideas you’re definitely gonna run into
chocolates so salmon I thought well
we’re going to give this new crazy try
but we’re gonna do is spin on it and
make it our own so we’re gonna show you
a couple different recipes for chapel’s
with a Mediterranean version and a
quiche Lorraine version now if you guys
do give this recipe a try and you do
some of your own variations we’d love to

okay so to get started we’re gonna have
two eggs in a bowl and we’re gonna do
two different flavors we thought that
would be kind of fun to try so we’re
gonna do one minute training style and
one like quiche Lorraine so you know
kind of like that crustless quiche so
what we’re gonna do for the quiche
Lorraine style is just salt and pepper
our two eggs we kind of like a little
pepper so I’m just gonna give it a quick
stir okay to that we’re just gonna add
our almond flour it doesn’t take a whole
lot get that another quick stir
okay then we’re gonna dump all of our
cheese which this definitely is my type
of recipe it’s a lot of cheese which is
great so I’m just gonna mix that in
you’ll see it’s kind of thick it’s so
much cheese that it’s not really you
know just runny egg but what I’m gonna
do is I’m gonna actually add only half
of the ingredients in now the spring
onion and the bacon bits and then I’m
gonna save have to put on top and iron
so that they’re more like visible I
think that that will be a little nicer
so I’m just gonna mix just about half of
the ingredients in now then I’m gonna
save the rest to talk with so I’ll skip
those this is stir
okay so there is our base for our quiche
Lorraine style next I’m going to whip up
the Mediterranean style now that we’ve
got our iron hot we’re just going to
dump our first one in we’re starting
with the Lorraine I’m just going to put
it evenly across the two iron plates

so I got those evenly distributed now
and I’m going to now add the remaining
spring onion on top as well as our
favorite thing in the whole world
bacon so just gonna have that people
would kind of pull on top all right
we’re gonna close this lid and let it
cook
let’s see how these things turned out
they’ve cooked been cooking now for
roughly five minutes man those are
beautiful
look at that cheesy bacon goodness can’t
wait to give these guys a try now for
our Mediterranean also just gonna salt
and pepper these eggs I would probably
put a little more pepper in this one
because we’re kind of relying on the
spice for our flavor next I’m going to
add that our now we cooked with this in
other videos this is a salmon my
favorite spice it’s like a Lebanese
combination of sesame basil oregano and
you use it to grill shwarma chicken and
shawarma laughs it’s really our favorite
thing goes really well with eggs and
especially good with mozzarella cheese
which we’re gonna be using instead of
cheddar this one so I’m going to put a
generous amount quite a lot and then
also just add our almond flour that’ll
stir

okay then next we’re gonna dump in our
mozzarella
okay now just combine everything
thoroughly this is gonna be our
Mediterraneans that our
so I think now we’re probably ready for
the iron so we’ll make sure it’s hot
making sure it’s really what really well
preheat it so that your plug doesn’t
stick and we’ll get going on that
next up mediterranean-style so we’re
just gonna put this one in and then top
it with some home dried chili flakes
which are super delicious also a good
tip kind of keep your batter or your
mixture kind of towards the center of
the iron it will spread out naturally
from the press but then it just kind of
makes it to where maybe the it just
don’t lose out so bad so it’s pretty
good and now I’m just going to top with
some of these red pepper flakes
okay we’re gonna pop these guys open
hopefully they’re done oh nice man I
wish you guys could smell the kitchen
right now although I think the bacon
might be my favorite that zapped our
spice when it hits like a hot iron or
skillet
it’s just so aromatic it’s really one of
my favorite things so just gonna give
these a quick slice to separate them and
we’ll fill these guys out of here
mozzarella really does do really good on
like an iron or any type of baking it
seems like it crusts very nice so these
look absolutely awesome so after making
chuckles I have to tell you guys we’re
absolutely over the moon this recipe is
delicious so give it a try tell us what
