hey guys Christian Scott doing diary Imean today’s video I want to makechocolate personas Keitel waffles sothese are pretty big in the ketocommunity the waffles we’re going to bemaking today are simple two ingredientsall that contains is one large egg and1/4 cup of cheese I will be using theMonterey Jack with jalapeno cheese youcan really use any cheese that you wantthese here have actually helped me to beable to lose I’ve lost thirty eightpoint eight pounds in forty eight daysand neither one of the foods that Iconsume but nice thing with these is youcan use them for as your hamburger bunsyou can use them and make breakfastsandwiches you can use them as to make aregular sandwich without the bread sothey’re basically replacing any bread orcarbs that you may consume there’s a keydifferent variations that you can do toyou can actually make you can make themwith almond flour and stuff like thatand use them as actual waffles you canadd cocoa to them stuff like that butfor this particular video we’re justgoing to make the simple two ingredientegg and cheese truffles and I’m gonnashow you exactly how to do that it’szero grams of carbs depending on thecheese that you use these ones here willbe a little less than one gram of carbsfor two Charles just because of thecheese that I’m using today so anywaysstay tuned and we will make theseCharles so the first thing that we willdo starting off here I got two – awfulmakers or mini waffle makers these guyshere I will actually post a link to themdownbelow in the description they’re supercheap I don’t I paid 12 bucks or mine orsomething three and I got two is becausethey have a large family so I I can makelots of them out of time or double upmaybe might even buy more we’ll see whathappens here but the first thing we wantto do is we want to plug them in and andget them warming up for a good fiveminutes so I use some paper towel hereto be able to keep down a little bit onthe messso we’ve plugged those in they arestarting to warm up so now we will justmove those to the side for now and fortwo Charles you’re going to want onelarge egg[Music]we want to whip that egg and then she’sgoing to want 1/4 cup of cheese as Isaid before we’re using the jalapenoheat cheese for this one here with 1/4cup of cheese now we’ll just let the ourtruffle makers heat up and then oncethey’re done warming up then we’ll carryon to the next step okay so they’rewarmed up there now they don’t even takefive minutes these little lights herewill go out once they’re warm so whatyou’ll want to do here put a little bitof your cheese on the bottom here and Isplit it half way between the two I’msorry I lied you’re gonna want a half acup of cheese overall here 1 anotherquarter cup to the top and then you’regoing to split this in half with the eggin half between the twoI might make a little bit of a messgonna spread that ego too evenly andsprinkle a little more cheese on top andclose them up and let them cook okay soonce they’re done again these bluelights will come out you open them upand check them you can see they’re nicegolden brown color all we’re gonna do iswe’re going to loosen them up a littlebit here with a fork and then out theycome and they’re pretty crispy here youlook at the bottom of that one there sothat cheese on the outside helps tocrisp them up and like I say you can usethem I’m going to be using them tonightfor hamburgers you can use them forhamburgers sandwiches I’ll do a videomaking a little breakfast and it’s justsausage and egg breakfast sandwiches andthey they taste amazing like you can usethem on keto you can use them low-carbjust a little car bag you can use themon any diet really had I discoveredthese even before I was on a little carbketogenic diet I probably would havebeen eating them a long time ago um soanyways that’s how to make simple twoingredient simple two ingredients offalsnow I got to get back out here and startmaking more got a family to feed heretonight so yeah I will leave a link inthe description for these – mini wafflemakers I had a another waffle maker thatI was using personally but I thought itmade too much of a mess so I have a bigthing of eggs here nowI’m just going and eight to a cup of eggeighth of a cup of big pop it off withsome cheese[Music]close up wait till the lights are outagain that was two-ingredient Charles umnice hard and crunchy already and yeahif you liked this video you want to seemore like it be sure to like commentsubscribe click the notification bellthat you can see more videos like thisand I will see you on the next video[Music]
