[Music]it’s Sunday morning and I am hungry forsome pumpkin waffles let’s go see whatthe girls are doing today hook in themouth and coconut oil and pumpkin 1/2 ateaspoon kosher salt 2 teaspoonscinnamon[Music]and 1/4 a cup of dark brown sugar youlike that really dark flavorful molassestasting brown sugar and then what do wehave next 1 teaspoon allspice M 1teaspoon ground ginger and 1 teaspoonbaking powder and our last dryingredients flour and 1 cup whole wheatflour so Lydia pearl is gonna use awhisk to mix up those dry ingredientsnow for the wet ingredients you’ve got 2flax eggs 1/4 cup of maple syrupmmm you cannot make homemade waffleswithout maple syrup unless you’re inwartime rations and 3 tablespoons ofmelted coconut oil[Music]one and 2/3 cup of coconut milk 3/4 cuppumpkin puree make sure it’s not the piemix just the plain pumpkin puree andthen stir up those wet ingredients tothe dry[Music][Music][Music]this makes about three batches[Music]there are waffles[Music]you look three you like whipped cream onyour waffle[Music]
