In this video I will show you how I make these delicious crispy cauliflower waffles.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Cauliflower Rice (About 1/2 Medium sized cauliflower processed in a food processor)
2 Cups Shredded Cheese ( I preferred Mozzarella cheese)
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoon Flour
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika powder
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
1- Break down the cauliflower into florets so that you can easily grate by hand or in a food processor
2- Put 2 cups of riced cauliflower in to a bowl and add 2 cups of shredded cheese.
3- Add 2 large eggs, 2 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon oregano, half teaspoon paprika and salt and pepper.
4- Mix all the ingredients
5- Heat waffle maker and when ready spoon cauliflower mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In the first 2-3 minutes avoid opening the waffle iron as these waffles are quite fragile when they are hot. Opening the iron at an early stage might cause the waffles to become loose.
