Marie biscuit pie role

1 packet Marie biscuit
1 teaspoon instant Coffee powder
1 cup Milk
1/2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
3/4 cup melted butter/desi ghee
2-3 drops of vanilla essence
Sufficient quanity of milk to make a paste (if required)
In a bowl, add in the milk and coffee powder, sugar.keep aside.
2nd Dip: In a second bowl, add cocoa powder, powdered sugar,melted butter, vanilla essence and milk (quantity sufficient to make paste).Mix it well to make a thick consistency mixture. Keep it aside.
Dip the marie biscuit in 1st dip 2-3 times making sure that the biscuits are dipped well. Now apply the chocolate mixture (2nd dip) on top of it.
Keep repeating this process for 12-15 biscuits.
The biscuits should be well coated. Arrange the biscuits as a stack one on top of the other. Once all the biscuits are coated, cover the whole biscuit stack with the remaining cocoa mix uniformly.
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.
Remove from the refigerator. Place the pie roll horizontally on a plate.Cut it into slices diagonally from the corner . Initially two pieces will be small, after that you will get the regular size slice.
Here, your yummy Marie biscuit pie roll is ready
Note:It can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
