Good brownies don’t come from boxes, they come from the heart. By that I mean, lots of good butter, and made completely homemade. They don’t have to be super fancy. Just some butter, flour, chocolate, and you should be well on your way to the best brownies of all time.

Ingredients you’ll need:
Fudgey Brownies-
3/4 cup (170g) butter, melted
1.25 cups (282g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (73g)flour
3/4 cup (80g) cocoa pow
1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt
1.5 tsp (2g) instant espresso
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (10g)vanilla extract
4oz (113g) dark chocolate chopped
Top with flakey salt
Chewy Brownies-
1/3 cup 70g butter
2 tablespoons 24g vegetable oil
1/2 cup 73g flour
Rounded 1/2 cup 56g cocoa powder
3/4 cup 150g brown sugar
1/4 cup 63ggranulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoon 6g vanilla extract
Top with powdered sugar
Compost Brownies-
3/4 cup (170g) butter, melted
1 cups (223g) sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (10g)vanilla extract
3/4 cup (73g) flour
1/2 teaspoon (4g) salt
3/4 cup (80g) cocoa pow
1.5 tsp instant espresso
2 oz (56g) dark chocolate chopped
1/2 cup (20g) pretzels
1 cup (33g)Crushed potato chips
1/2 cup (30g) Mini marshmallows

yeah yeah brownies are great but if theytreated with respect and love theydeserve nah because y’all use box mixand it shows not judging but today weare doing way better so we’re back fromThanksgiving I hope everyone had awonderful Thanksgiving break let’s talkabout the elephant in the room which isthe fact that people are using box mixbrownies they think that that’s the bestoption it’s just not true I’m sorry tobe honest with you I don’t think there’sone specific recipe for the perfectbrownie event of the day it depends onthe individual but I do think thatmaking it from scratch is volumes betterso with all that said let’s make thisshall we feel like I’m forgettingsomething yeah let’s just make us sowe’re gonna make three different kindsof brownies but first let’s start withfudgy boys and a small bowl mixedtogether half a cup or 73 grams ofall-purpose flour 3/4 of a cup or 80grams of cocoa powder half a teaspoon orthree grams of fine sea salt and thepiece de resistance I’m sorry is instantespresso powder it really helps bring upthe chocolatey flavor you know why don’thave teaspoons or two grams of thatwhisk all that together set it to theside you know then in a medium largebowl add one and a quarter cup or 282grams of granulated white sugar andvigorously whisk in 3/4 of a cup or 170grams of melted unsalted butter to thatyou’re gonna vigorously whisk in tworoom-temperature eggs please make surethey’re room temperature and make surethat you whisk them and one egg at atime really whisk it until it gets likelight and color and nice and emulsifiedif you’re not careful here the butterwill break and you will have ruinedcrumbly brownies so this is sometechnique then whisk in 1 tablespoon or10 grams of vanilla extract then mixingyour flour mixture until nice and smoothand glossy a freshly shine window andgently fold in four ounces or 113 gramsof dark chocolate roughly choppedtransfer that to a greased parchmentlined 8×8 baking pan spreader mount bakethat bad boy at 350 degrees Fahrenheitor 175 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40minutes or until toothpick insertedcomes out clean let it cool to roomtemperature before cutting and also Irecommend using a metal pan versus glassjust personal preferencemy good we’re gonna taste this nowalright let’s let’s uh let’s do thateven when it’s cooled down is fudgyazzam okay processing now for the nextone now let’s talk about chewy browniein a small pot combine 1/3 a cup per 70grams of unsalted butter and 2tablespoons or 24 grams of vegetable oilheat that over medium heat untilcompletely melted separately you’regonna whisk together half a cup or 73grams of all-purpose flour around an 1/2cup or 56 grams of cocoa powder half ateaspoon or 3 grams of fine sea saltgive this some whiskey business in amedium large bowl combine 3/4 of a cupor 150 grams of brown sugar and aquarter cup or 63 grams of granulatedsugar lots of brown sugar equals extrachewy now is that together now rememberwe got to be going wits go mode sorryand you’re gonna whisk in your meltedbutter and oil mixture till nice andcombined then add two wholeroom-temperature eggs one at a timewhisking them very vigorously gettingthat nice emulsification do not let itbreak and then an additionalroom-temperature egg yolk finally whiskin 2 teaspoons or 6 grams of vanillaextract once everything’s nice whisktogether mostly add your flourmixture gently was set in just untileverything gets hydrated and get a nicesmooth glossy look I mean look at thatit just looks beautiful prepare an 8x8baking pan the exact same way as beforepour that in and bake it at 350 degreesFahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius for 30to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comesout and again let it cool to roomtemperature before eating it makes amassive difference cut into 9 squaresand you’re good next is a to avoid popout sugar on top for the record at themoment that I’m eating this it’s beencooled for 24 hours so 300 yeah so aftertasting is this is way better if you letthis cool until it’s completely coolbefore eating that extra brown sugar andoil changes the whole makeup so shoutout to brown sugar shout out to neutraltasting oil appreciate you I thought ofa lot of inappropriate names for thisone but we’ll just call it a compostbrownie so shout out to Christina Tosiat the milk bar love you so the batterfor this is virtually the same as thefudgy brownies but just a coupledifferent proportion chains you can seeall the ingredients in the descriptionso see that batter you’re gonna add halfa cup or 20 grams of crushed pretzelsone cup or 33 grams of crushed potatochips I did add a 30 cup or 40screams of butterscotch chips did notlike it you can add it if you want andhalf a cup or 30 grams of minimarshmallowsgently fold that together put it outinto a prepared 8×8 baking pan pop itwith some additional crushed pretzelscrushed potato chips 2 ounces or 56grams of dark chocolate roughly choppedyou get the point you know want to makeit for the person who wants to be realnaughty this holiday season those wordsdon’t really go very well together bakesame time in tempest before let it coolbefore cutting let’s try these yesweirdly enough all that pretzel potatochip and everything kind of makes sensein here so we’ve got chewy there wait nothis is the Chula so we’ve got chewywe’ve got no no this is fudgy ah I’m ina weird mood cuz usually I would choosefudgy but today I’m in between eitherthe chewy or the pretzel potato chip Ifeel like people are gonna complain andbe like that’s gonna pick one so if Ihad to pick one it would be was likecotton
