Protein Freezer Waffles
These Protein Freezer Waffles are my favorite for meal prep. I like to make 1-2 batches at a time. I love topping with with berries, greek yogurt, and syrup. Or I like to make an almond butter sandwich with them for a post workout meal.
2 cups (212g) Kodiak Cakes
3/4 cup (138g) egg whites
1 cup water
Mix together kodiak cakes, egg whites, and water. Heat a small waffle iron. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup pour batter onto heated waffle iron. Repeat until batter is finished. Makes 12 waffles
