Recpie:
3 cups saskatoon berries
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch OR 3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp salted butter
1 unbaked pie shell
Step 1. Microwave the berries for 2:30 mins
Step 2. Toss the berries, sugar, butter, and cornstarch together in a bowl
Step 3. Put the filling in the pie shell
Step 4. Bake at 400° degrees Fahrenheit for 40-50 mins.
*note*
When your pie comes out of the oven the filling will not hold together, this is normal.
