Hi guys. Today, I’m going to show you how to make Kimchi Pancake [김치 부침개 : kimchi buchimgae]

*Cooking tip of making this dish:
1. grinded onion use in this recipe as substitute of water. It will create more tasty flavour on the pancake
2. cook in medium heat & pour enough cooking oil to have crunchy pancake.

Kimchi Pancake Ingredients:
Blended Batter*
1 Cup Kimchi [Chopped & Mix with 1 Tsp Sugar]
180g Canned Tuna [Oil Drained]
30g Shallot [Sliced]

*Blended Batter Ingredients:
150g Onion
1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Corn Flour
1/3 Cup Rice Flour
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 Eggs
