I’m officially 2 weeks into my plan and finally, the cravings have come to taunt me…. wish i could eat a cake but i really want to wear a bikini this summer…

hey guys so I’m actually just about toget going here and so yeah anyways Ididn’t drink anything or eat anythingthis morning because I usually do thatshot of lemon juice and apple cidervinegar I’m still gonna do thatregardless but I’m just drinking thisguy this morning it’s like an energyteeth so it’s really nice it’s in divineberry it’s kind of like drinking likethe UM the berry hibiscus drink atStarbucks it’s very tea like with alittle bit of bitterness to it so Iperson like that so I’m gonna drink thisbe on my way and go and grab everythingfrom the grocery store and then make mypancakes for lunch because I am superhungry but I’m just scared that I’mgonna get a headache so I’m gonna drinkthis in the meantime and then I’m stillgonna do that vinegar lemon shot when Iget home so she won a moola fee[Music]Muffyhi guys I just got to my first stop somehome drink some of this I always noticedwhatever I’m like out and about I havejust a smallest little bit to drink Ialways have to go pee so bad but if Idrink this much at home I don’t everhave to go pee isn’t that weird this isso good this is so goodand I like the packaging too you canactually recycle these or just like fillthem up with water when you’re done and[Music]use them as ice packs mm-hmmhow cool I like that’s really neatdesign I like things like that look atme being all earth friendly over here[Music]anyways I’m just waiting for this personwho parked behind these and over thiscute kind of looks like a scienceteacher something serious[Music]I needed this okay anyways I’m gonna goin do my come back up and go to the nextstep hey guys so again mondays arereally busy days for me so it’s like alot of running around and stuff um soI’m just exhausted from just likedriving around and then I have like thatloser take care of but um anyways I cansay I had a pretty good day of eatingactually just finished my last meal sothat was pretty goodum I was so hungry I was starting to geta little bit of a headacheso I’m really glad I finished that I wasreally craving like more pancakes but Idecided not to I’m actually gonnaprobably get up really early tomorrowmorning and make myself some pancakesjust so I can like lift really heavytomorrow and also put time in for cardioit depends sometimes I end up wanting tosleep in so that I end up just likedoing it fast at workout which isperfectly fine I’ve done fasted workoutsfor like months and months now and Idon’t feel like sick or anything likethat but I just kind of want to push mylimits a little bit more so I’m thinkingI’m gonna try to eat a little bit morebefore I go to workout yeah like I kindof have to Kamil a little bit but I’mthinking I might end up going back tothat but for now like the calories stillfit from thecake so I can do that for just a littlebit while I have some cravings but againI really don’t know if I’m gonna wake upearly enough tomorrow to like actuallyeat because I’m just so exhausted and Ijust want to go to bed so I’m actuallyheaded out of the house again right nowand I’m gonna go and do my last airingof the day and then come home and takero out and then probably just head tobed and wake up around like probablylike I want to say six or five or sixsomething like thatmost likely six cuz I’m gonna want tosleep in just a little bit but I had areally good day of eating though I stilllike even though I had so much going onI didn’t like put it off um not the bestday but it was a good day so I’m prettyhappy about that and then tomorrow I’mgonna have to buy some more beef so thatI have like my lunches and stuff madeand yeah so I’m gonna get out of here sothat I can come back home and do thelast minute couple things like I like tolike put my dishes away and kind ofclean up for the night before I go tobed so I’m gonna go and burn my lastErin come back and clean and then I’mgoing to get to bedso yeah yeah yeah yeah okay so I’m outpeace out peace out so I’m out if Idon’t pick up my camera again then havea great night guys and thank you so somuch for watching even though some arepancakes were a fail I did find pancakesI liked and they do really cure mycravings because I feel very satisfiedwith my protein pancakesso I’m really happy that that worked outum other than that that was my day ofjust running around a bunch and you guysdidn’t really see me eat my lunch or mydinner cuz I kind of just quickly ate itbecause I got a head out but I did eatit and I am super satisfied with thatand I am gonna get going nowbut thank you so much for watching and Ihope that I can make much moreinteresting things but again today wasjust a day where I just feelin like andI am was so busy and I also really hadbad cravings and the last thing I wantto do is mess up my results and eatchocolate and things like that cuz I’mnot used to eating chocolate anymoresince I stopped so I didn’t want to likeruin it or anything so anyways back ontrack tomorrow and I’m starting with aworkout and everything like I’m not gonna really be leaving thehouse much today at all maybe not evenat all so that’s fineso I’m gonna get my cardio in later inthe day and stuff like that and thenmost of the day I’m just working
