Pancakes with homemade vanilla ice cream quick recipe || easy pancakes

Here is a sure shot yummy pancake recipe.

Ingredients:

For Pancakes 🥞

2 cups Wheat Flour
2 spoons Baking Powder
1/2 spoon Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 cup Milk
5-6 spoons Sugar
3-4 spoons Butter/Oil

For ice cream 🍨

3 cups Milk
Sugar
Vanilla Essence

Method:

To make the pancakes, Mix all the dry ingredients, take warm milk add sugar and butter/oil. Give it a good whisk. Set aside for at least 5-10 minutes.

Warm a pan at low heat, pour the batter and flip to cook both sides.

To prepare ice cream,

Take milk and boil for 20 minutes, add sugar and vanilla essence.
Cool it down and do the TRICK, use blender to blend the set ice cream, 3-4 times while freezing.

Pour some chocolate or any other syrup to add flavours.
