for this meal with oatmeal to give it
some fiber if you want to give you some

from Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin we put
some vanilla extract – that’s correct
about I’ll take a teaspoon of vanilla
extract or the strong stuff the pumpkin
maybe one big heaping tablespoon cooking
spoon one and a half okay depending on
if you have three or four people eating
and so we mix some and jemima original
complete and we’re gonna get ready to
put some brown sugar you can either use
the dark brown sugar all those light
brown sugar or we can mix it however you
want
no no no this is better
do you smell that brown sugar gets it
amor I don’t know like a caramelize kind
of effect where the white sugar may not
so this is better for you actually brown
sugar dark brown sugar is better for you

all the ingredients I mean you can add
bananas if you like to put walnuts you
can put raisins it’s up to y’all
whatever you like y’all we just yeah

want to overdo it and then have it too
taped up or too soft so when you put
more you would definitely have to put
more milk okay so you stir I put in the
milk ready

it doesn’t get too watered down yeah
because we want the consistency to be
good yes now if it’s getting too thick
