hey everybody this is Brett and todayI’m going to show you how to makegluten-free pancakes or bread and thepancakes are like bread it’s made withall the same ingredients it’s not beenrisen like with a yeast what we’re goingto rise it with is I have threedifferent thingsI have flax meal that helps it to riseorganic eggs and these are locally grownor laid eggs and baking soda and thoseare the three things that will make itrise and then we have variousgluten-free flours teff flour I’m goingto add a little bit of that corn flourand I’ve got some sorghum flour I’vealso got some millet and I’m going togrind that myself right now so this is alittle hand grinder that I’ve got andyou just turn the crank like that and itgrinds it so you get a little bit of aworkout by doing this[Applause]so I already have some pepper andsomething else in the grinder so Iground the rest of that we’ll add thatto the mix there’s the first thing ofmillet let’s grind some more sorghumflour to the millet couple of big spoonsof thatnow let’s up some corn flour make sureit’s organic there will be GMO avoid allGMO foods unless you want to turn into aFrankenstein monster now let’s add sometests[Applause]not a lot of test Bartos got kind of a Idon’t know I’ve used it before and I’lljust have an understanding that’s howmuch to put in there you know I wouldn’tput a lot of amaranth flour in thereeither if I had that but I don’t knowwhat’s that a little baking soda this isthe Bob’s Red Mill baking soda whichsupposedly doesn’t have aluminum in itwhich is not a metal that you want inyour food and now let’s add a littleflax you can put likecouple of those in there okay now let’sput some eggs I like to crack eggs on aknife like this and then I like to takemy finger and get it all out all of theegg out of both sides cuz I don’t liketo waste let’s put another egg in therethen it’ll really rise you don’t have toput two eggs you can just put one toolmake it rise better though and I do havea a hungry protein like eating dog soI’m gonna wash my and we’re gonna addsome salt now don’t like that and nowwe’re gonna add some garlicthere will be garlicky bretty pancakesyou can add whatever else stuff that youwant but maybe you want maybe you wantit to be like a little bit chipotletasting add a little Chipotleand now we’re gonna add some water youdon’t want to add too much water tostart and you’d have to add more flourlet’s take our fork now and see if wecan’t get a good mixture goodconsistency almost filled it in therethose are very bright yellow yolksthat’s a good sign of healthy eggs nowmy chickens are not laying eggs quiteyet but they’ll start as soon as it getsa little warmer they’re young you knowthey’re only six months old and it’sbeen it hasn’t been a cold winter butthey’re not quite ready yet I’m talkingkinda like mr. Rogers huhOh my last name is Rogers not spelledthe same but we need a little bit morewater it’s a beautiful day in thisdeeper booth a beautiful day for abeauty would you be mine could you bemineit’s a get in herethat that red right there she knows howto get in she’s a good flier she is agood flier and probably just flies tothe top of this thing how did you get inhere girl come on birdies come on landedon[Music]that’s my little black girl you’ll thinkthat it’s discriminatory in humansociety against Blacksit’s very discriminatory in this flockof birds against my little black girland it’s not very nice and I’m not sureexactly why she’s a very good littlebirdie but you know they pick on her alittle bit and she just is like allright it I’m gonna go be on my ownand to like me okay it’s hard enoughlet’s do it[Music]okay now I’m just going to cover it andlet it cook for a while and I’m going toturn the temperature down a little bitwell what about like that – so we’realso eating a bunch of leftovers fromprevious like yesterday and I’ve gotsome millet amaranth right there andsome baked potato stuff like you can seethe purple potatoes those are reallygood and kale and beans and I’ve thrownthat all in with soup on the bottom andwe’re heating that up so that’s doinggood just needs a lid and I think thatour pancake is about ready to flip 18we’ll see that could have set for alittle bit longer and got a little bitdarker but it’s okay let that continue -looks pretty good with that continue tocook for a few more minutesand we’re ready to eat are they ready toeat them no you got a book right e-e-e-ethere she is the first onelet’s do another one I’m gonna try andpour this onehmm we might just go for the whole thingon this one make a great big one but I’mgonna have to spray bitch hey I’m gonnamake some dog food now I’m gonna do thatby taking some of this good food and putit in the blender trying to keep it inthe screen for you so every night beforeI go to bed I dig out the foot friendand really massage my feet deeply thistool is the absolute best for gettingthe tension out of your feet so muchbetter than anything that rollsunderneath your feet because when you’redoing this motion this waggling back andforth and you’re pressing down on itit’s digging and stripping the tensionout of your feet better than anythingelse can do basically it looks like thatbut I have enough liquid to one threehot so it’s blenderhere’s an outlaw get the rest it’s alittle bit hot for her to eat right nowyeah let’s take some of this pancake andyou don’t don’t eat it until it coolsdown a little bit you know it’s it’s hoton the tongue don’t don’t do itno ie don’t do it we can put some ofthese cold sauces in there that willhelp give you some extra vitamin C okaythis is a big one that’s like a half aloaf of bread right there looks goodto get here okay well here’s my lunchhey some of that and chakra got the restand then I’ve got that whole big oneover therefinishing up but let’s see if it’s anygood I’m gonna add some some of thisNewman sauce to itI like this Newman’s organic saucereally yummy because it is somewhat dryso you got to add like soup or stufflike that to it[Music]oh that was hot watch I’ll burn my mouthno I’m not eating any raw with this boomit’s wintertimeI don’t usually don’t eat as much rawfood when I do all the cabbage or youknow something that’s
