Phoebe and Amanda’s Yummy Protein Pancakes!

Ingredients:
1 cup of self-raising flour (1 cup of normal flour + 1 tsp baking powder)
½ cup protein powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup of water
1 tbsp Stevia (2 tbsp if you’re using maple syrup/regular sugar)
Yummy toppings
Pure carob syrup (or maple syrup)

Combine dry ingredients first. Sift flour, protein powder, and stevia. Put a pinch of salt. Stir after.
Put water in the dry ingredients. Whisk away!
Heat the pan, put a bit of oil and get to cooking your pancakes! 😉
Top your pancakes with blueberries, strawberries, cacao nibs, coconut sugar, pink sprinkles, and pure carob syrup. Enjoy!

hey everyone and welcome to the Kabutoyoutube channel today yo is Phoebe andAmanda hellois our beautiful activewear model andtoday we’re making you protein pancakesso many do you want to tell us theingredients that we’ll be using today Ican so today we have one cup ofself-raising flour if you don’t haveself raising flour you can use a cup ofnormal flour with a teaspoon or so ofbaking powder then we have half a cup ofvegan protein powder so this is aplant-based one you can use whateverprotein powder you’re blowing around butwe got 2/3 that then we have a pinch ofsalt for a bit of flavor and then wealso have a cup of water but you can addmore water depending on how dry themixture is if you need some more yeahjust and then we also have a sweetenerso you can use whatever sort of you haveat home you use maple syrup today we usesteviaso because stevia is sweeter than normalsugar we’ve gone for a tablespoon ifyou’re using something else like maplesyrup or other sugar you can use twotablespoons and that’s all ouringredients for the pancake base andthen we have some delicious toppingsthat we’ll go through later yeah soundsgood I’m so tired get into it but beforewe start making these delicious pancakeslet’s tell everyone about what we’rewearing today[Music]it is strap back yeah I’m gonna saystrap city but you know strap likesomething sorry this is a gorgeous meshpanel at the front as you can see it’s areally supportive crop top I’m I like itit’s got a nice thick band on the bottomso there’s mesh and then we’ve gotpadding insert as well which you cantake out if you prefer not to and thenit’s also lovely and it’s strappy andthen the type as you can see have somenice straps in them it’s also kind ofgood for summer that’s the air in and ifyou’ve got a nice new fake tan unlike meyou can show up you about ten legs andthen they get they’re pretty comfortablenice and stretchyI believe I’m wearing a size small inthe top and bottoms and yeah this is myoutfit for today babywhat are you wearing[Music]so today you guys I am wearing thelace-up crop top and matching type inviolet so it’s got this gorgeousdetailing on the strap here with themesh panel underneath which is very sexyjust like looking way to keep everythingnice and sexy this one’s pretty sexy tooand then you can see that which isreally good for not running it’s justgot that special reflective little printfor for safety obviously and it looksnice and glowy too and yeah it makes mefeel really comfortable it’s allsupportive it’s got the high waistbandwhich is really good so if you wannastand out make sure he gets yourselfsome of these dips you can all rightlet’s get bakingokay first off we are going to preheatthe stove because we want our pancakesto go on to a hot pan this is a pan[Music]you know when I have five you guys watchfor a fire in the background we’re gonnaget 19 over here yephaze yeah okay we’re getting onto theseething first ingredient so first we’reputting the dry ingredients in thenwe’re slowly going to add the wet andthen mix and decide but I think everyoneknows that the first pancake is usuallya bit of a fault yeah wait on heretrying to create anything out of theordinary just try my extended deliciousprotein pancake next ingredient we’readding is the protein powder civil way[Music]protein so then we are going to put thisis a wheat in there in[Music]I think these things are going to benice and sweet yes not that we need anyextra sweet daily we die nextleaving the dry ingredients a little bitof a system you can oh I’m gonna use awhisk right now but that’s alright withit okayare you doing some genius hey they canmeet me dry okay okay we have combinedthe dry ingredients – – the salt whichwe’re going to pinch in that looks likea great serving of salt baby actuallypretty coolso according it to the recipe we areslowly going to add water yes thank youit all get stuck in there good thinkinggood we’re full yeah look we can beadventurous with the choices of mixingutensils you use and whatever you haveon here don’t go out and buy any fancythings to see what we’ve got maybe not awhizfor this starting time all right notgoing to lie it’s meant to be lumpy butnot this badyeah maybe now it’s thin enough get inthere with the whisk it’s good alwaysget up so now when I do chunky like Idon’t want to body to a powdery yeahthis is kind of what it’s it help it’sspicyoh yeah that looks good lookingdelicious yeah okay I think that’s itfor the mixture I okay and how about youcan it change into some more delicious[Music]sir Wow Amanda’s getting changed whydon’t we go over to the starter andlet’s use this little soup spoon utensilbecause I feel like I’ve seen that onyour cooking shows before okay Wow okaythis is gonna be a boy leek pancake ohyeah it might be um okay it’s bubblingit’s good smelling okay while that isbubbling Amanda’s gonna show you howbeautiful next outfit which is theElectra reveal[Music]so this is the Electra reveal fromwicked weasel it has this beautiful kindof spring floral print with some mesh Ilike the high neck it’s very supportiveit really feels like all your lady partsare in there and then there is a nicetight and underneath so you’re not goingto fall out or anything and the strapsare nice and wide and then we have thebottoms so they are high waisted whichreally keeps you all in and makes youfeel very confident not worrying aboutif you like the top or anything and thenof course there’s the gorgeous for areflective logo on the back and a littlepocket here which you can put your keysor like a pen it all in you get aheadache way of running because runningawful and then there’s the meshdetailing across the thigh so it reallyaccentuates your shade making thatreally nice hourglass shape thateveryone wants and let’s in a bit moreair because I get sweaty when I work outso yes I really love this it’s very niceand sexy which wicked basil really doeswell with all of the active web well Ithink you look gorgeous in this set andcan you look good in all but you lookvery deep dose and you’re active with italthough it is because I make proteinpeaand the time speaking off pancakes let’ssee how they going it’s meant to it’sreally hardall right kid let’s just have a lookyeah that’s toys code okay where do wewant to put another one onyeah I’ll just have to wait forexercises first okay just gonna put adash of oil this time this something isnot flat with this pan right all rightso scooping this in to the center niceMickey a little bit more round in thefirst one it’s good I’m feeling thatmaybe gonna cook quicker sorry the panis now at a sort of three-quarter heatbecause this particular induction onewas not halfwayyeah sorry baby what do you like to do15 so my favorite exercises are justlike the basic ones really because Ifeel I mean I do like doing fancy funthings like handstands and everything aswell but for strength training I woulddo my squats and my hip thrusts I reallylike to train my legs but I also lovetraining my upper body so I would dolike chest press bar chest press andlike chin-ups assisted chin-ups thingslike thatBruce I don’t know if people are gonnaknow what these are but you can googleit like this you cool Google and YouTubeis your best friend that you say soworkout so make sure you check that outbut I love making a whole differentvariety of exercises so I’m gonna justtry to make them up do it feels good butI definitely like functional training Ilike to be able to use my body as I am adancer so I like to use all the sorts ofdifferent movements well it back um soI’m gonna be honest I’m not a huge gymperson as in like I’m not at all anexpert with training or anything I dotrain with a PT and she shows me a lotof stuff because it’s mainly a lot of myexercises are outdoors we live in abeautiful Gold CoastI like being outside andlike some things but when I am at thegym I do really like squats and tryingto build up those sort of muscles a lotto help with lower back pain as well sowe focus on a lot of exercises with thatand then I really enjoy reformer Pilatesand sessions like that I think I need toput my pancake magic and then I reallyenjoy boxing classes they’re really funbecause I like my heart rate high andtrying to burn a lot of calories sothat’s probably my sort of exercisething but yes do you have tips for ourfollowers on how you give in such goodshape because I think we can all agreeAmanda her physique so your tip studyguide really is amazingmy tips would be try and stay activewhen you’re not at the gym as well sodon’t just if you exercise for aforty-five minutes an hour a daydon’t make that the only time that youare active if you’re sitting in a deskmake sure that you try and get up everyhalf an hour hour a little walk aroundor something take the stairs when youcan all that incidental activity I thinkreally adds up then just being sedentaryand then doing that hour and then cominghome from work or sitting down andwatching TV and Netflix before hourslike so and then you know just workingin the yard or walking your dog thingslike that and it’s really good for yourmind I think as well clearing that andhelping you stay active both mentallyand physically so that’s that would bemy tips they are really great tipsI think this pancake is ready they’regetting that make quinoa yeah that isdone that is totally okay okay it’s okaythank you you’re okay my pancake turnagain yeah it’s prettynonstick yeah let’s see if I’m correctin that oh yes you did so much man I’vegot a circle now yay boiling quicklywhich is great with great regretchange today – what job and pretty makinactive what this is a realistic cookingchannel because things I see with JamieOliver honestly we all know you’re notmaking that much and this is somethingthat your everyday Phoebe and Amanda canmake we like it simple recipes like itsimple we like it delicious so yes allright readyoh it’s okay yeah resurrected it lookinggood looking all sliced[Music]I don’t actually know the name of thisbut I feel it it’s like you can our neargives it something so this is a healthynature’s chocolate chipsyeah texture then we have if you want toadd a bit more sweet coconut sugar Ilove this and it’s really good incoffees pink sprinkles because pinkmakes everything betterthis is some dark herb dukkha whateveryou think and what flavor did we go withalmond cinnamon so this should bedelicious and a bit of crunch a bit oftexture and then we have some carobsyrup which is our alternative to mapleit means honey what have you sort oflike this is what we will be dressingroomoh yeah give yes so that’s amazingokay remember to turn off the pen off itlooks so pretty just saying I’m pleaseput in the comments what you think andhow you alright so now a slight overkill with thecarob syrup that was my fault buteverything else is awesomemmm that is good I like the carob nibsand the texture of the stock thing rightwith a little crunch I’m waiting to
