Hi everyone my name is Steffi and today I will show you how to make the fluffiest pancakes with the Maya pancake mix! 🥞
Ingredients:
1 medium sized egg
Maya Pancake Mix (250 grams)
2 tablespoons of oil
3/4 cup of water
Procedure:
1.Mix all the ingredients together (maker sure to crack the egg!)
2. After making the batter, prepare any pan. If you are using a nonstick pan, you don’t have to add oil but if you are using just a normal pan, you can add some oil.
3. Add 2 tablespoons or more of your pancake mix on the pan.
4. When your pancake starts to bubble, flip it so that the other side can be cooked.
5. After cooking, place the pancake on a plate.
6. Serve with maple syrup or anything!
7. Enjoy!
Tip: make sure NOT to overmix or undermix your batter and use a toothpick or fork to pole your pancake to see if your pancake is ready to serve.
