Hide n seek Pancakes
Ingredients
1 pack hide n seek ( 30 RS pack)
2 tspn all purpose flour (maids)
1/2 tspn butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tspn baking soda
Method
1 Take a mixer grinder and grind the hide and seek biscuit into powder .
2 Once done take a mixing bowl add hide n seek biscuit powder,2 tspn maida,1/2 tspn butter and 1/4 tspn of baking soda.
3 Then add 1/2 cup milk and whisk it for 2 min make sure there are no lumps .
4 Pre heat the dosa pan at medium flame and pour Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, Brown on both sides once done transfer it into the serving plate.
5 then dust some powdered sugar ,drizzle chocolate syrup,milkmaid and top it with strawberry and serve it
