Ingredients
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ¼ teaspoons white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
½ tablespoon butter, melted
½ cup blueberries{fresh or frozen}
Directions
1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
2. In a small bowl beat together milk and egg.
3. Stir milk and egg mixture into flour mixture.
4. Mix in butter and add the blueberries, set aside for about ½ an hour.
5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.Brown on both sides and serve hot with your favorite syrup..
7. Enjoy!!
