Cookie Recipe:
– 750 gr room temp Butter ( 6 2/3 sticks )
– 300 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 1/2 cups)
– 3 room temp Egg Whites
– 900 Flour ( 6 cups + 1/2 cup)
– 2 tsp Vanilla
– 1/4 tsp Salt

Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
Linzer Cookies:
– 60 gr Almond Flour (1/2 cup)
– 40 gr All Purpose Flour ( 5 tbsp)
– 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
Gingerbread Style Cookies:
– 2 tsp Ginger
– 2 tsp Cinnamon
– 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
– 50 gr Flour ( 5 1/2 tbsp)
Sugar Cookies:
– 65 gr All Purpose Flour ( 6 tbsp)
– 1/2 tsp Vanilla
– For sweeter sugar cookies you can add 1-2 tbsp more sugar
Chocolate Sugar Cookies:
– 50 gr Sweetened Cocoa Powder ( 6 tbsp) ( Bloom the cocoa with 2 – 3 tbsp Milk) If you’re using UNsweetened cocoa powder you will have to add more sugar.
– 40 gr All Purpose Flour ( 5 tbsp)
Butter Cookies:
