Loaded healthy No Bake cookies 🍪/печенье без выпечки

Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free oat flour
1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup nut butter of choice( for an allergen free option, use Sunflower seed or soy nut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
🍪Line a large plate with baking paper and set aside
🍪In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, quick oats, sea salt and mix well.
🍪In a small microwave safe bowl, combine the nut butter and maple syrup and heat until melted.
🍪Pour the liquid mixture into the oat mixture.
🍪Add chocolate chips and mix very well. If the mixture is too hard, add dairy free milk, a tablespoon at a time until a thick batter is formed.
🍪Form into small balls and press onto the lines plate.
🍪Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
