Yes, they taste just as good as they look, and oh so easy to make. I show you how to decorate for the holidays, but it would be so fun to make for a themed baby shower or a tea party, just change out the cookie cutters. This cookie recipe was kindly provided by Patricia Cullum.
Nutrition Per Cookie
Calories: 72.7 | Net Carb: 1.1g | Fiber: 1g | Total Carb: 2.1g | Fat: 2.4g | Protein: 1.7g
2 cups Almond Flour
2 tbsp Coconut Flour/Oat Fiber
¼ tsp Salt
6 tbsp/90g Butter softened
½ cup Sweetener granular
1 large egg
½ tsp Vanilla
Keto Royal Icing:
1 cup Powdered Erythritol, sifted
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 large Egg White
1/2 tsp Water (I used 1 tbsp total)
Food Colouring (optional)
