[Music]hey guys do don’t mind my sweaty messI actually just washed my face cuz I gotdone with cardio tonight and I alsobaked some cookies no they’re not thehealthiest but I to today so I’mactually gonna give the rest of them tomy mom to try tomorrow though I gavethem a shot and I was like I don’t knowhow this is gonna turn out I’m prettygood at baking but sometimes you know ifit’s new that I’m not 100% sure andthese are them right here so they’ve gotrolled oats coconut shreds crunchypeanut butter and chocolate chips I useddark chocolate for this and they areunbelievable you don’t have to bake themor anything I literally just like putthem on the tray and then I put them inthe fridge for a couple minutes and youguys like amazing like hey this buttonthe little even smelling them oh my goshit’s amazing it’s literally like sixo’clock and I just finished like 40minutes of cardio and I also started anew show called Wentworth I don’t knowif you guys watched it but it’s a reallygood show and it’s as long as my cardioso kind of makes it worth it but it waslike really fun making them and I likebaking so I don’t have anyone to bakefor but I’m gonna go drop these off tomy mom tomorrow and see what she thinksif she likes them or not but very yummylike very delicioushey guys good morning in a Sunday so itis rap day except you are getting me atthe end of my rap because my morning wasa little bit hectic I’m just in a littlebit of a rush happy new year as well Ihope you all started this new year offwith a lot of motivation a lot of Driveand a lot of patience I don’t know whybut I find a lot of things in life needpatience I hope you have more than meand my roots are going and as you cantell that it’s like so horribleeverything I am currently just on my wayto grab something from work reallyquickly and then I’m gonna head so ImeetI’m gonna be on time today guys becauseI am not procrastinating any more I’mnot doing it I’m not doing it no moreand I don’t like to just say thingsI like to do things because saying itit’s not gonna help me I can come homeapparently and I could be home on timeit’s my dogyou know he’s really important to me soI just always just want to make surethat I am putting myself first becausethat’s something that I always have tolearn the hard way so anyways guys I’mgonna do that and tell I am doingsomething interesting that’s when I willdecide to pick up the camera until thenyou know we’ll just have to deal with mydry boring I’m just gonna go home to seemy dog I little was only here for aboutI would say like two hours or somethingokay but you guys so yes I was only fortwo hours it’s not dark for once whenI’m going home I go home I’m gonna eatI’m gonna do a little bit of cleaningcuz I like to be organized for MondayI’ve really really like a clean space noit’s not Sunday it’s Mondaymy dog has hiccups so he’s just havingthis rough little momentoh alright so anyways so my friend wastelling me the other day about how hestarted watching this new show on AppleTV called the morning showapparently it’s really really reallygood I just started watching went whereit and you guys it’s actually likegettin good I’m really enjoying it Iespecially like the past like cardiotime I never considered before likewatching something during that time butI feel like doing 40 minutes of cardiolike it’s you’re gonna need more thanmusic for sure I will most likely justkeep going with Wentworth and thenswitch to Apple TV hmmI’m reading a really interesting bookright now it’s called evolution ofdesire I talked about like men womensociety human evolution human psychologyhas some goody-goodies on the sexualaspect if you all are into that Ipersonally really love psychology andlearning about humans and developmentand I don’t know it just really it’s acool outlook it’s like different youknow I don’t know I’ve been really justlike focused on like giving myself timeto like read and you know wake up in themorning and have some time to myselfeven if it’s like five minutes and likeI listen to audiobooks now while I’mlike running and so I don’t really feellike I’m not working on myself cuz thatreally stresses me out if I’m notworking on myself and I feel like Ididn’t accomplish anything for the dateso I just make sure my environments goodeverything’s taking care of my dogs goodI’m good then anything that comes afterthat is likeI can handle it I take my dog outactually so I’m gonna go do that anduntil I see you guys next timeor if I don’t then goodbye if I do thenI will see you later okayeither way those leg[Music][Music]
