recipes are and youcan see everything step by stepinstructions with the video and the tipsall right so let’s gonna get into thisso the first thing that you’re gonna dois you’re gonna pre-heat your oven to350 degrees Fahrenheitthat’s a hundred and seventy-fivedegrees Celsius we’re gonna go ahead andtake a large bowl and we’re going totake our dry ingredients which is ourflour our baking soda and our saltreason kena salt if you don’t want tomedicate it just use regular saltthat’ll be fine put them all in a bowland stir them together set them to theside we’ll get back to them in just asecond so we’re going to now we’re gonnatake another large bowl and we’re goingto put our can of butter you guys see memake the stick of butter on the channel700 20 milligrams right here that wehave in this particular stick of butterso we put our stick of regular butter inthere our stick of can of butter inthere once again if you don’t want tomedicate it just use regular butter takeyour sugar your white sugar your brownsugar and your peanut butter put them inthe bowl and cream them together withour hand mixer now in this particularrecipe we’re using a 1 to 2 ratio thisis a peanut butter oatmeal cookie sowe’re using 1 cup of peanut butter andwe’re gonna be using 2 cups of oatmealonce you have everything creamedtogether it’s gonna be this consistencyright here go ahead and take your eggswe’re gonna do one egg at a time we putin two eggs in here one egg at a timegoing to crack it up crack it open putit in there and mix it togetheronce this mix well we’re gonna take theother one do the same thing also we’regonna take our vanilla extract teaspoonvanilla extract we’re gonna go and putin here now let’s go ahead and mix thattogether well very nice so once that’sdone as far as the hen mixture isconcerned we’re done with that for therest of the way we’re gonna be using ourspatula silicone spatula and we’re gonnamix it together like that so once that’sdone what we’re gonna do is we’re gonnatake that bowl with the flour with thebaking soda with the can of salt we’regonna take that and put that in hereright I basically do just do like a halfand half per half in theremix it together well with the with thesilicon spatula and then do the otherhalf just by doing this you knownumerous amounts of times you knowexactly you know the consistency thatyou’re looking for but if you don’t knowthe consistency just follow my recipeand you’ll be good to go all right sonow that we have that mixed worktogether now what we’re gonna do iswe’re gonna take our oatmeal and putthat in there as well and we’re gonnamix that together well so now whatyou’re gonna do is you’re gonna takewe’re gonna take a quarter cup of flourbecause everything’s mixed together theworld but we need to dry this out sothis is our dough this is our cookiedough that we’re making and we need todry this out a little bit so we’re gonnado you’re gonna take a quarter cup offlouryou’re gonna put in there and mix thattogether and once you do that it’s gonnastart coming together like the doughreally is supposed to very nice allright so now our dough is ready to gowhat you’re gonna do is you’re gonnatake your baking sheets and we’re goingto actually use a tablespoon and we’regonna use a tablespoon to scoop out thedough make our balls with our hands andput them down I’m doing 15 per tray thisparticular recipe made sixty cookiesexactly so if you follow my recipe youcan expect to get sixty cookies out ofthis so it’s pretty easy to do the mathon that you guys see me make the stickof butter on the channel that stick ofbutter was seven hundred and twentymilligrams I put the whole stick ofbutter in here to do the cookies and weused to kennesaw also to medicate itseven hundred and twenty milligramsdivided by sixty is 12 milligrams thatmeans that each cookie that we’re makingis 12 milligrams of THC all right so nowthat we got that completed we have ourcookie balls on our tray we’re gonna goahead and put those inside of our ovenfor ten to fifteen minutes I like thecookies to be like a light brown for themost part so for my particular oventwelve and a half minutes they’ll belight brown if you wait 14 minutes 14and a half minutes like that they’ll bea little bit darker they’ll still begood it’s just going to be a little bitmore crunchy on the outside and I thinkat 12 and a half minutes for myparticular oven it’s that nice crunchthat I like but also soft when theinside like I like it so it’s gonna be a10 to 15 minutes depending on your ovenabout 12 and a half minutes is rightwhere my oven seems to be the sweet spotso we put them in there we take them outdon’t they look great I think they lookawesome look at this so you take themout you let their wrist on the bakingsheet for 5 minutes 5 or 7 minutessomething like that once they cool downyou can go take a spatula put them onyour wire rack and let them cool andthen once they cool down you can goahead and put them in any airtightcontainer and they will stay fresh theytaste amazing I think just the main tipthat I’m gonna give you guys is don’tover bake them at the most you want togo as 15 minutes at the most anythingpast that they’re gonna be hard twelveand a half 13 minutes when they’re lightbrown I’m gonna take them out and you’llhave some great cookies[Music]alright guys so you just seen me
