I think after home cooking for awhile, I developed some kind of complacency of not using recipes. While it is true that technique is more important than proportions, I think it’s very valuable to follow a recipe now and then to break any anchors one might have about cooking.
If you keep cooking the way you cook then all your dishes will have kinda the same character to them. I’ll be making more of such videos featuring other recipes from now on I think!
P.S. I have a new intro sequence! It’s simple but I really like it, makes me feel happy watching it hahaha.
