Hey yall, just wanted to share with you a gr8 recipe (based on the ‘chocolate chip cookies’ recipe from ‘The Chocolate Book’ by Sara Perry) that the whole family will enjoy. This is my go-to recipe for some good ol’ bikkys THAT HAVE NEVER FAILED ME. Warning: extremely moreish

— MY RECIPE —
– 2¼ cups plain flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– ¼ tsp salt (ground)
– 1 cup butter (soft)
– ½ cup white sugar
– ½ cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 2 large free range eggs
– 200g chocolate/choc chips
