today we’re making gooey butter cookiesso for this recipe you’ll need 8 ouncesof cream cheese I find it easier to buythe already whipped easier to stir inyou’ll need a half a cup of butter whichis a whole stick you leave one whole a1/4 the teaspoon of vanilla in one boxof super moist cake mix but it has to bethe butter recipe look so gather youringredients and let’s go we’re gonna goahead and combine all of the ingredientsingredients a ball of dough and thenyou’re gonna set that ball dough in thefridge to chill for one hour before webegin to make the actual cookiesdefinitely make sure that you set yourcream cheese out and your stick ofbutter out so it’s sweet soft androom-temperature it makes it easier for[Music][Music]we have[Music]one stick of butter I went ahead and cutit up so it softened a little quicker Idid not leave it out all right so thisis kind of the hard part but you have tostir it all till it forms[Music]all right it’s starting to look likedough but you have to keep mixing yougot to make sure that the cream cheesethe butter it’s all well mixed in soagain this is the part that really hurtsso once this is mixed thoroughly I’mgonna put it in the fridge to chill foran hour all right now that the dough ischilled I’m gonna go ahead and roll itinto both about this size and then youtake it in roll it in powdered sugar sowhat our sugar place it on an ungreasedcookie sheet in the meantime the oven ispreheating to 350 degrees so again rollit hard sugar place on the cookie sheetso go ahead and repeat that again ovenspreheating to 350 degrees and these aregonna cook for about 11 to 13 minutes sothey have a nice little golden-brownappearanceall right the balls are made I’m gonnago ahead and put this in the oven in theoven at 350 for 11 to 13 minutes[Music]you can see save in the backgroundI’ve done[Music]
