Ingredients (24-28 cookies)

110 g butter
Sugar powder 80g, 1 pinch of salt
1 egg yolk, coffee solution (5g instant coffee + 1/2 tablespoon of water)
180g flour, 20g cocoa powder

When children eat: Coffee can be omitted.
