For doughs :two cups flour, 2or3 eggs, one and half tablespoon sugar or your desired. Make a fine dough by sprinkling some flour.
For shapes :rolling pin to make a light and flat circle. I have used a small bowl and a bottle cap to make the shape.you can use biscuit cutter.
For fry:hit the curry pot to high flame and add the oil. Let it cook for few minutes then lower the flame let it cool down for a bit. Then add the uncooked cookies in the oil and fry on medium or the lowest. Slowly and gradually fry the cookies till its light brown in colour. Don’t forget to flip in the right time. Take it out to a plate to cool down. You can eat right away or even store for few weeks.
