yo what is up guys have you browninghere back in with in that video andtoday’s video I’m gonna be showing youguys a video that have already basicallymade sorry about my hair it looksscrewed bad um but I might be somethinglike a video that I’ve already made butI’m just explaining what it is sobasically I took this class cuz like wehave electives in my school which youcan choose like what you want to do andstuff but it’s only for half a semestersome of them are for like a full year soyeahI chose meeting design and communicationwhich works with cameras and stuff andsocial media and stuff and like thatyou know I’ll types of stuff thatinvolves like online stuff so yep and Itook art but the main one I liked was medesigning communication because wherethen that class is basically we had thisassignment and we had to make adocumentary about like whatever wewanted and like she gave us some ideaslike what to do and she said how to cookvideo and that’s what I did guys that’swhat I did I did how to cook video and Ieven show you guys the grade that I gotbreak this the whole rubric but that’smy final grade but anyways guys likethis is like one of the best minutevideos I’ve made so you guys get to seethe video and so I’ll show you it guysbut let’s get right into the video soyepthen gradient you will need for thecenterwheat flour sugar baking powder cinnamonpalm oil shortening and one egg thefirst step in baking cinnamon cookies ispreheating the oven to 350 degrees thenthe second step of baking the cinnamoncookies is adding two cups of wheatflour and two third cups of sugar[Music]the next step in baking the cinnamoncookies is adding 1/4 teaspoon bakingpowder to the mix makes you have to add1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the mix[Music]next you mix all the ingredients in thebowl together[Music]next you add onethe fourth step in baking machinerycookies is adding 2/3 cup of palm oilshortening[Music]dear ex you mix in all the ingredients[Music]so we added a little bit more butterbecause it wasn’t soft and motor boomthe next step is to roll out the doughnext you take any type of cookie cutterif you want and shape[Music]now we’re going to now we have theletter T to bake for 15 minutes[Music]next we’re the sugar coating we will useone cup of sugar and two tablespoons ofground cinnamon[Music][Music]youso these cookies are actually calledmiss cultures in Mexico in in Chihuahuawhich is the North one of the NorthStates of Mexico are very popular peoplemake them whenever they’re gonna havespecial celebrations in our family whenI used to live in Mexico we would alwaysbake them for Christmas New Year’s Eveweddings baptismsquinceañeras for like all the bigcelebrationswell it’s a good for everybody to gettogether around the table in you knowtalk and bake at the same time and justspend some time togetherthis recipe is very popular because itis just been passed down through manygenerations because it is practical foradvance and is deliciousthere’s so much for watching the videoif you enjoy the video be sure to leavea like and be sure to subscribe if youhaven’t already guys oh yeah in the lastcall’s my grandma she doesn’t speak verygood english don’t bully her so anywaysguys thank you for watching and i’ll seeyou guys in the next video good I hateyou
