[Music]my name is pricks and I will be teachingyou the basics in baking for today weare going to make the chocolate chipcookies and the recipes I will be usingtoday was invented by me and my friendsback then it’s easy to follow so it’sreally basic for today I’m not gonna usethe stand mixer since it’s kind ofcomplicated I will be using thetraditional way of making thetraditional bowl and the spatula so therecipes I will be using for today willbe 2 cups of flour 1 whole egg and 1 eggyolk3/4 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of whitesugar some chocolate chips 2 teaspoonsof vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon ofbaking soda 1/2 teaspoon of bakingpowder and 1 and 1/2 cup melted butterso I already pre measured theingredients for today so it will be easyso for the wet ingredientsI’m not start first by pouring one thebutter okay and then we are going to addthe egg yolk and a whole egg so we haveto mix this first and then we are goingto add the brown sugar firstafter mixing the brown sugar we aregoing to add the white sugar for thelast ingredients for the wet ingredientsthe vanilla extract for the aroma thisadds up the very tasty smell of thecookies so for the dry ingredients I’mgoing to add 1/2 teaspoon of bakingpowderthis flattens the cookies while it’sbaking and then the baking soda 1/2teaspoon of baking soda for the cookiesto rise during the baking process andthen mix the dry ingredients so for thelast step we have to gradually add thedry ingredients to the wet ingredientsgradually so the flour is already siftedand it has the baking powder and thebaking soda so the interval for mixingthe dry ingredients with the wetingredients is approximately 1 cup offlour and I think that’s enough and thenit’s really important to follow onestroke of steering the ingredients inorder to prevent the reactivation of thebaking soda and the baking powder rightnow I’m using the contact pathwaysrotation in mixing the dry and wetingredients I’ve added another batch ofdry ingredients the flour and it’sreally important to do this by batch inorder to prevent any clump formation offlour on the cookies as you can see youcan observe the consistency of a cookiedough our my cookie dough is usually notthat hard and not that soft so it’s justalikeof cookie dough consistent so rememberthat we use butter and egg yolk it’sreally important in a cookie dough sinceit basically adds to the consistency ofthe dough so it won’t be that hard andthe flour also plays a major part so thecookie dough won’t be too fluid you canalso add salt in order to bring out theflavor of the cookie dough so it won’tbe focused only on the sweet side alsohas some salt in it now for the lastingredient which is the best angle yetthe chocolate chip cookie reallyimportant to go crazy of adding thechocolate chips because they react theflavor to the cookies and also it can becalled a chocolate chip cookie if thereisn’t any chocolate chips cookies aredone and are ready to be big we aregoing to put this in D preheating ovenfor like 10 to 15 minutes in a 180 or150 degree Celsiusso there you have it guys I’m donebaking and cookies look deliciousit smell delicious they are crunchy onthe outside soft on the inside justenough to enjoy this piece so everyone Ireally hope that you enjoyed and youlearn something from my demonstrationtoday and I hope if you can make yourown you can post it and tag me and Ihope everyone will stay safe
