たくさん空気を含ませてサクサクの食感を楽しむ絞り出しクッキーです。バレンタインの友チョコにもどうぞ。

（材料）約28個分
無塩バター 100g
粉砂糖 80g
卵 40g
薄力粉 100g
アーモンドパウダー 20g
ココア 20g
・コーティング用チョコレート 50g程度
・ピスタチオ（ローストしたもの） 適量
（準備しておくこと）
オーブンを170℃に予熱

100gUnsalted butter
80gPowdered sugar
40g egg
100gSoft flour
20gAlmond powder
20gCocoa
・ Coating chocolate
・ Pistachio (roasted) appropriate amount
(Be prepared)
Preheat oven to 170 ° C
（作り方）
①18℃くらいのやわらかいバターをハンドミキサーで混ぜる。
②粉砂糖を加え、白くなるまでよく混ぜる。
③卵を4～5回にわけて加える。分離しないように気を付ける。
④ココア、薄力粉、アーモンドパウダーを振るい入れる。粉気がなくなるまで混ぜる。
⑤170℃で14分くらい焼く。
⑥完全に冷めたら溶かしたコーティング用チョコレートを付ける。
チョコレートが固まる前にピスタチオを散らす。
(How to make)
① Mix the soft butter at about 18 ° C with a hand mixer.
② Add powdered sugar and mix well until white.
③ Add eggs in 4-5 times. Be careful not to separate.
④ Add cocoa, flour and almond powder.
⑤Bake at 170 ° C for about 14 minutes.
⑥ When completely cooled, apply the melted chocolate for coating.Sprinkle pistachios before the chocolate sets.
