WHOLE SPELT BREAD

RECIPE:
500 gr – Whole Spelt Flour
300 ml – Water
1tsp – Quick Yeast
2 tsp – Salt
1 tbsp – Olive Oil

hi screams welcome back to my channel
and in today’s video we’re going to make
my spell bread recipe I make this bread
almost once a week because it’s
delicious it’s a really easy to make and
it’s also nutritional and really company
and I am obsessed with bread so I always
need to have bread in my house so I’m
going to use whole spelt flour because
this kind of flower is healthier and it
has much more nutritional benefits so
let’s start so the first thing I’m going
to do is I’m going to my share of 300
milliliters of water in a video and I’m
going to put the water a little bit in
the microwave and now in a bigger bowl
we are going to put the flour now I’m
going to add two teaspoons of salt

and one teaspoon of quickies
and then I’m going to add one tablespoon
of oil into the water
now I’m going to mix the dry mixture
here lifts the flour with the salt and
with the quickest and I’m just going to
add the water on the oil into the flour
and now it’s time for a little bit of
fun we’ll have to do this with your
hands and you have to mix the dry
ingredients with the liquid ingredients

so once you mix your ingredients that
though will be looking something like
this and now what you want to do is to
knead the bread by kneading I mean like
pressing it and rolling in it
so here if I have my dog here I want to
press it something like this but it’s
easier to do it on a surface and we are
going to need it for what I always do as
I count 100 process
so that’s what I’m doing right now
and here you can press as hard as you
want then it’s a good stress reliever
once you are done you will have
something like this now the dough is
together with with everything with all
the ingredients already together it
sticks a little bit my hand is a little
dirty so it’s normal that it sticks
that’s okay and if now we are going to
grab a clean cloth and I’m going to soak
it in water and then rinse it because we
need a damp cloth and now we are going
to cover the top
and you can skip this but I’m also going
to put a couple of elastics
and now we are going to leave this in a
workplace for 30 minutes so it has been
30 minutes and now we are going to grab
the team or more that we are going to
use to put a breath and I’m going to put
a little bit of oil inside and spread it
with my hand I always use the minimum
oil possible because the oil is only for
the bread to not stick now that we have
that I’m going to open this in the
elastic and now I’m going to knead the
bread again for the last time and I’m
going to do the same as before 100

put the dough in the mold and I’m going
to press it through out of the mold so
it should look something like this and
I’m going to do the same as before I’m
going to grab the damp cloth and I’m
going to cover it with analyzed
and now we wait a little more so now we
should wait at least one hour up to four
hours the most time you leave it the
better but I always leave it for one
hour and that’s fine today I’m going to
try to do it for a little bit more than
an hour and yeah I was even around one
or two hours okay so it has been almost
two hours so the bread has grown double
in size and that’s exactly what you want
and I already preheated the oven at 200
Celsius and I’m going to put the bread
in for about 40 to 25 minutes

so the bread is done we have the bread
so now is very important that we let it
cool down I know that now is really
difficult to have to wait more time but
we sew it a little bit more we have to
let it cool completely so
