[Music]hello everyone it’s Stephanie and intoday’s video we will be doing a breadmaking the recipe so I’ll insert therecipe right before the video or thetutorial starts now excuse the facade ofbeen busy all day if you like this videogive us a big thumbs up if you’re new toour channel you haven’t subscribed yethit the subscribe button down below andwithout further ado let’s get on intothe videoso first thing we’re going to do is wegot our dough mixer here on our NinjaBlender so we got our dough hook inwhich is comes with the plastic hookokay so now what we’re going to do iswe’re gonna pay to cup some hot waterfrom about 110 degrees Fahrenheit or 45degrees Celsius we’re going to pour thatin there[Music]okay we are going to put about a half ahalf a cup of sugar[Music]so put a half a cup of white sugar inthat and then we are going to put oneand a half tablespoons of active dryyeast[Music]so we gotoneokayso now what we’re going to do[Music]as we are going to put the lid on yes[Music]make sure it locks and we are going topulse that together our pulse[Music]one second okay now we’re gonna votejust to mix it and then we’re gonna letthat sit for five minutes then we’ll beback okay so while that’s sitting we’regonna take a glass bowl we’re gonna takecoke coconut oil and we’re gonna spraythat glass bowl and that will stick andthen we are also going to get a towelready I use a kitchen towel and I’ll beback to show you what that looks likeokay so I use this kitchen towel righthere I got this at the dollar store atthe Dollar Tree and when it comes timeI’ll show you what to do with that sonow we’re just going to wait for ouryeast and proofokay so once it’s done proofing you’llsee this it’s a the foam layer thatmeans that the yeast is activated so nowwhat we’re going to do is we’re going totake 1/4 cup of vegetable oiland that in we’re going to take one anda half teaspoon of salt and of course Iam on a no sodium diet so I’m using nosaltcontact your physician I’m not a doctorthis is just what I use[Music][Music]what did I haveokaynow what we’re going to do is we’regoing to take six cups of flour five orsix typically what I do is I add a man alittle bit at a time- my bread mixer just like that I’mgonna put you in first let that mix[Music]that’s okay you can clean that up laterput the lid on thatand we’re gonna pull[Music]okay we’re going to add another cutthere’s this threeand for[Music]lid back onOh at this point it should start comingtogether mine does have a doe button soyou could always pick the DOE button Ijust pulse it while I’m adding the flourand then we’re gonna do one more[Music]and for now I save a copy for thecounter as you can see if you read myrecipe it even says I leave a cup offlour for the counter so that I can needit because I’d rather hadn’t need itthat’s a personal preference you don’thave to okay so now we’re gonna mix vpepper[Applause][Music]and we’re gonna turn that off rightthere and then we’ll take it over to thecounter and I’ll be back okay so here weare another counter it’s been cleanedoff now we are going to take our lastcup of flour and we are going to putthat on the counter[Music]okay[Music]we are going to take our dough[Music]and we’re gonna plop that on the counteras wellit may take a minute to get it out ofthat red mixer but that’s fine and we’regoing to take it off the hookand this part is like the most importantpart besides having more water and sugarwith your yeastbecause without that it won’t ridesquick didn’t it won’t race enoughlike it’s supposed to okay so now whatwe’re gonna do is we are going to needit for exactly seven minutes andkneading it in this flour getting thatall incorporatedand it’s very important your countersclean during this and your hands areclean[Music]so once we’re done kneading it and youjust keep doing like this for sevenminutes don’t over need itcuz anything’s gonna give you thetexture that you want but if you overneed it it will give you a dense breadand if you underneath it you’ll get airbubbles so once we’re done kneading thiswill be right all right so it’s beenseven minutes and this is how it looksnow you don’t want to over need it sowe’re gonna leave it like this and whatwe’re gonna do is we’re gonna go overturbo and put this in our greased Bowlokay so this is our greased Bowl I putit on one of my burners and then I putthat in there I grabbed the towel and Iput hot water in the towel[Music]so notice how with hot hot water[Music]make sure you bring it out real goodokay and then you take the towel and youput it over the bowl and you leave thatfor 30 minutes to rise now well that’srising what we’re gonna do is we’regonna grab our little pens and these arethe Wilton twelve by four point five bythree point one two five loaf pan we’regonna take our coconut oil and we’regonna spray the inside of those down onboth pans because this will make two12-inch lowsokay those are nice and sprayed now whatwe’re gonna do is we’re gonna put ouroven at 350 and we’re gonna go ahead andget that preheating so that if the ovenstays warm and our bread Rises and thenonce our breads done writing in aboutthirty minutes I’ll be back okay I’msorry we’re gonna leave this for an hourI said 30 minutes second times thirtyminutesokay so it’s been 30 minutes now as youcan see it’s roast double its size sonow what we’re gonna do is we’re gonnapush it down and what I like to do is Ilike to pick it up like that and then Idivide it in half so grab this one andthen I just roll it out like this don’toverdo it and then I just leave it inthat pan like that I did the next onethe same waypush it down push it down and then we’regonna heat the towel back upwith hot water make sure it’s very hotsquish that out and we are going to putthat over there and we’re gonna let thatrise for 30 minutes okay so it’s about10 minutes before we take off or put itin the oven so what I’m gonna do is I’mgoing to take off the towel and I’mgonna let it finish raising and I openthe door to the oven a little bit thatway it can heat up a little bit in hereso now we’ll just wait for the rest forit to finishrising okay so once the bread is aboutan inch over or so it don’t have to beexact but then you’re gonna put it inthe oven and we’re gonna leave that inthe oven for about 30 minutes and wewill be back okay so it’s been about 30minutes um give or take it reallydepends on your oven and your elevationand all that good stuff and those aredone so we’re gonna go ahead and takethese out and look at that yummy sowe’re gonna take them out we’re gonnalet them cool and then
