Ingredients & method

potato – 1 cup
green peas – ¾ cup
green chilli – 1
ginger – ¼ inch
turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
red chilli powder – ½ to ¾ tsp
garam masala – ½ tsp
chaat masala – ¼ tsp
salt to taste
paneer / cottage cheese – ¼ cup ( you can use cheese instead )
mix well
bread slices – trim the edges
don’t waste / let it dry & make breadcrumbs
dip in the water
squeeze the water completely
squeeze completely or else it will absorb oil while deep frying
stuffing – 2tbsp
roll cylindrical
cover & seal tightly
perfectly sealed
deep fry in hot oil
fry until golden & crisp
