BAKE-IT-YOURSELF #6: BREADAHEADBAKERY’S EASY BANANA BREAD RECIPE VLOG

RECIPE:
Makes 10×10 banana bread
100g eggs room temp
210g light brown sugar
210g extra virgin coconut oil (can use any oil you want)
235g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarb soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
385g mashed bananas (set aside 1 banana for toppings if you want)
55g walnuts (adjustable)
55g choc chips (adjustable)

Whisk the eggs and sugar for 5 mins at high speed. Combine the oil for 1 min at medium speed. Fold in your dry ingredients. Lastly, add fold in your bananas, walnuts and choc chips. Press in your bananas for toppings if you want. Line your baking tin with baking paper. Bake at 180C – 200C (top and bottom heat) for at least 20 mins. If it is still wobbly/jiggles, bake it longer in the oven! Good luck!
