FOR THE SPONGE

290 GRAMS BREAD FLOUR
160 GRAMS LUKE WARM WATER
10 GRAMS DRY ACTIVATED YEAST

FOR THE DOUGH
300 GRAMS BREAD FLOUR
180 GRAMS UNSALTED BUTTER
90 GRAMS SUGAR
9 GRAMS SALT
112 GRAMS OR 3 PIECES SMALL EGGS

NOTE: DIVIDE THE DOUGH 30 GRAMS EACH

FOR THE FILLINGS

125 GRAMS BREAD FLOUR
150 GRAMS SUGAR
62 GRAMS POWDERED MILK
5 GRAMS SALT
200 GRAMS UNSALTED BUTTER

NOTE: DIVIDE THE FILLINGS 20 GRAMS EACH

OVEN TEMPERATURE: 160 Degree Celsius Pre-Heated Oven
BAKING TIME: 14 TO 16 mins
