HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN FREE, ALMOND FLOUR KETO ROLLS & ROSEMARY BREAD WITH NEIL MOODIE: “FOODIE MOODIE”

This video forms part of my new “Foodie Moodie” series which appears on my website www.neilmoodie.com

After being on the Keto diet for a while, which I’m no longer doing btw, I discovered a great recipe for making Keto rolls and bread which are gluten free and low in carbs. I love food, eating it , cooking it, talking about it ( and good bread is one of my all time faves), after all food is one of the keys of life.

I’m an international hairstylist and I’m not by any means qualified as a chef or nutritionist but wanted to share this recipe with you as I love it and I still make it regularly.

This Keto bread is 100% gluten free and contains approx 2 net carbs per roll (a similar roll of regular bread can contain approx 20 grams of carbs). Therefore making it a decent choice for the Keto diet.

NB: All claims on this recipe are from the original which was derived by the wonderful Keto coach Maria Emmerich.

HAPPY BAKING!

NOTE: If you don’t like Almond flour or are allergic to nuts then substitute the amount of almond flour for a third as much of coconut flour and double the number of egg whites. This recipe is not vegan but is vegetarian. Based on the definition of vegetarian as a diet which excludes consumption of animal flesh, technically, eggs are vegetarian, since they are not animal flesh (the meat, muscles or tissue of an animal). While eggs are vegetarian, they are not considered vegan.
