This No Knead Farmhouse Bread is unbelievably easy to make and super good, crusty outside and soft inside. What a Delicious bread! Ingredients:
200g bread flour (200克 高筋麵粉)
14g caster sugar (14克 細砂糖)
3g salt (3 克 鹽)
4g instant yeast (4克 速發酵母 )
135ml lukewarm water (135毫升 溫熱水)
20ml olive oil (20毫升 橄欖油)
