*Ingredients*
Dry :
Flour – 2 cups
Atta – 2 cups
Whole milk – 1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Wet :
Butter melted – 2 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 1/2 tbsp (mix with a little luke warm water and let it sit for a few minutes)
*Method*
1. Combine all the ingredients and make a dough.
2. Keep the dough for proving in a warm place for about 2 to 3 hours or till the dough rises.
3. Knead the dough again and repeat proving for the second time.
4. When the dough rises knead well again and get ready to make different shapes of bread.
5. Put all of them in well greased baking tray spaced accordingly to avoid merging while baking.
6. Keep it in warm place till the dough rises for a minimum of 2 hours or so.
7. Egg wash the dough and garnish as you wish. Eg: Oats, chia seeds, spices, cheese etc.
8. Bake it for 200°C for about 25 to 30 minutes till the bread crust become golden brown.
9. It’s ready to eat.
Note – Best before 3 to 4 days.
