The ingredients for our kababayan bread (filipino mufins) that you will need are:
1 1/2 cups plain flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 175 C.

  1. Thank you for sharing. Nowadays, bakeshop no longer sell ‘kababayan’. Now I am missing my childhood days when me and my siblings ate kababayan for our afternoon snacks. God bless.
