#EBCDN Recipes: Bake Pecan Banana Bread with Kathleen!

hi everyone I am captain Hughes and Ihope everyone staying safe and healthyand if you’ve been staying home and youhave nothing else to do today I am goingto teach you how to me and not a breadif you have tons of overripe bananasthat you don’t feel like eating at allwell this is your time you can make yourown chocolate pecan banana bread at homeand that’s what I’m gonna tell you aboutokay everyone so everything that Ialready have to prepare here all youhave to do this basically mix everythingright so we’re going to start off withour wet ingredients which is 1/4 cup ofthe oil[Music]and we’re gonna slowly add our one cupof flour one cup of sugar or I’m using1/2 cup here[Music]and then the salt and the baking soda soeasy next isbananas so before I wanted to makeeverything together you wanted topre-heat your oven at 350 degreesmy chocolate chips I’m using darkchocolate just because I loved and thenjust gonna add a bit of chia seed fortextureyou don’t want the the texture of chiaseed I don’t recommend putting it in[Music]it’s good so in making a cake or bananabread you don’t want over mixing sothat’s as much as I wanted it mix so asyou can see I don’t really do a lot ofmixing right it’s so easy you can evenmake this in five minutes so what we’regonna do is we’re gonna grab our panjust pour it in[Music]so the in secret for a moist bananabread I would say is that you shouldn’tbe over mixing any of your batter youwant to have a good quality of flour sousually if you’re wanting to make cakesor any piece of sweets or anything youwant to use as much as possible a paintflower there you have it this is alreadythe batter and I am just going to waituntil the Puffin is ready so that’s whatwe’re gonna do and for the meantime whatI’m gonna do is I’m going to put mytopics so what do I have on my toppingso right there put some pecans brownsugar and more of the chocolate and alittle bit of cinnamon[Music]so yeah that’s it guys I hope you likedthis video and I was able to show youone of my favourite recipes of thebanana bread and super moist but thekids can love everyone could love me andalso mixing magic with differenttoppings that you’d like and as you’veseen I also added little bits of chiaseeds in there my name is staffingtroops and first the loads ininteresting times[Music]hey guys I hope you enjoyed this videoand if you did make sure to show us somelove by liking it and subscribing orfollowing us on all of our social mediaplatforms including Facebook TwitterInstagram and YouTube we’d love to hearwhat you think so if there’s somethingthat you liked or maybe something you’dlike to see from us let us know in thecomments and we’ll try our best to makethat happen see you later[Music][Applause][Music]
