Bread Ring with Cheesy Vegetables:
Ingredients for Bread Ring:
Flour 2-1/2 cup
Yeast 1tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Butter 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1tsp
Warm water to knead

Ingredients for cheesy vegetable:
Mix vegetables 2 cups
Cream 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Salt, Black pepper to taste
Butter 4tbsp
Thyme 1tsp

Knead all ingredients of dough and leave for rinse. Make balls and place in the side of serving dish and left for rinse. Sauté vegetables in butter with salt and pepper. Add cream, cheese thyme. Mix well.
Bake bread ring. Before serve place cheesy vegetable in the center of cake and baked again. Remove and serve.

Haryali Mutton Biryani:

INGREDIENTS:
mutton 500 gm
Boiled rice 2 cups
Cream 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Clarified butter 4tbsp
Lemon 1
Brown onion 4
Ingredients for Green Paste:
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1 cup
Green Chilies 3-4
Ingredients for The Marinade:
Curd 1 cup
Green paste as required
Fenugreek 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
All spice powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for Tempering:
Oil 1 cup
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Cloves 2
Green cardamoms 2
Black cardamoms 1
Cinnamon 4 pieces(1″ each)
Black pepper 4
Bay leaves 2

METHOD :
Mix all ingredients of green paste and blend well. Marinate mutton with all ingredients of mutton. Add all ingredients of tempering in pan. When fragrance comes, add marinated mutton. Add red onion cook with as required water. When it done add cream and remove. Layer the mutton and rice in pan. Add red onion, lemon and clarified butter, simmer for 10 minute.
