Trying something new on my channel! Sharing with you a favorite healthy recipe for breakfast, brunch or snack option!

Every kid including adults enjoy pancakes and waffles for breakfast! I usually make banana oat ones but I wanted to sneak some greens in there! And they turned out terrific!
The color was a nice change and got the kiddos excited! And they tasted amazing!

HEALTHY LOADED SPINACH WAFFLES (GLUTEN FREE) Recipe:
– Mix 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 cups gluten free old fashioned oats, 1 tsp organic vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp gluten free baking soda, 2 tbsp ghee, 1/4 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup coconut flour and 1 1/2 cup milk
*Optional* add 1 tsp chia seeds, hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds.
Makes approx. 10 Waffles!
Mom Hack: Make a Big Batch and keep leftovers in fridge or freeze them for quick easy midweek meals! Also great for school lunches!
