Hello guys, what’s up. It me again Jade, another day another vlog again sorry I haven’t uploaded any videos for the last few days because you know I kind of little bit busy haha 😉 anyways what we are going to do is to make waffles.
So this waffles is one of my best sellers in my snack house. Actually I was forced to do it because one of our major requirements in my subject is thatwe are going to make a video containing 4P’s of Management, which are the product, price, promotion and place. So, I’m so thankful, because I have it all. I have my part time business since August.
So these are the following ingredients to make my besr selling waffles :
1 klAll Purpose Flour
1 tbsp melted butter
3 pcs egg
3 cups of sugar
9 tbsp of baking powder (anybrand will do)
4-5 tbsp of milk powder
Vanilla (optional)
Cheese (optional)
Procedure : Simply mix all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients, mix them with love see to it that its not too wet nor sticky.
Cooking time :
Prepare the waffle maker, heat up then brush gently with butter then pour your mix waffles, close then wait for 4-5 minutes. Then that’s it guys.
So now we are going to apply the 4P’s of management :
PRODUCT – so after conducting a few surveys, who will be my customer is, therefore I conclude that my potential customers would be children age 3-15. So since children, so my product would be suitable for children. So it is waffles, waffles can attract them to buy.
PRICE- using a pricing strategy, the market penetration strategy is my choice, simply because this kins of strategy is suitable for my costumer, since they are children expected that they don’t have great amount of money to pay higher cost. So penetration strategy is lesser the additional amount yet continuing generating your product.
Promotion – There are various ways on how to promote your products, it could be thru social media, or posters and placards
Place – so the place is accessible to the costumer, suitated in residential areas, and your customers could feel that they are safe. So my place is located at Purok Daisy, Barangay Marbel, Matalam, North Cotabato, Philippines 9406.
