RECIPE
1 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. baking soda
1 c. milk (I love buttermilk!)
2 T. melted butter
1 egg
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, butter and egg. Incorporate the dry ingredients until no more dry chunks can be seen. This is enough for 2-3 people. We usually double the recipe for our family of four. Triple it if you’d like batter to use another morning
