How to make Healthy Spinach Banana Waffles Recipe | Sunday Mornings with Vika

Hello everyone! It’s your girl VikaBakes again!

In today’s video, I will show you how to make Healthy Spinach Banana Waffles!

It’s a perfect recipe for a Sunday morning! It’s easy, quick (literally takes 15 mins to make), and healthy. It is sugar-free and dairy-free and also I used healthier flour options for them. I made it several times and each time it came out perfectly from my waffle maker. Enjoy!

Here are all the ingredients you need for the Waffles (for 2 people):

– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup of spinach
– 2 eggs
– 1/3 cup of coconut flour
– 2/3 cup of whole wheat flour
– 1 cup of almond milk (or any other milk)
– 3 tsp of flaxseed meal (optional and also can be substituted with protein powder)
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
– pinch of cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– lots of love and a pinch of magic 🙂

Just throw everything into the blender and mix! Doneeeee!
