USDA certifiedorganic plant-based 10 grams of proteinyes 60 calories 60 caloriesum no sugar no sugar mat-based what elsea five-car delicious vanilla flavornon-gmo kosher vegan gluten free allthat good stuff okay let’s do it okay wego first off you read all I’ll go oneand a half cups of almond flour almondflour okay so it’s kind of a test so I’mgonna do like half almond flour and halfwhole wheat flour okayjust cut mix it up let’s just okay wejust want to try it okay half a cup oflean so three packets of lean threepackets of fifteen okaytwo tablespoons coconut oil coconut oilokay the thing you know that fluffypart under here would start going awayand she told me that it would and I Ijust didn’t believe her but it’s it’shappening it’s so exciting so if any ofyou are out there they say that the bestway to burn calories is to lift weightsyeah so yeah what are your abs – shetold us this morning yes the best way tobuild your abs is to lifting weights soanyway yes I am so thankful for 15because I would have never thought thatI would be going to the gym three orfour times a weekI mean yeah yeah way back when beforefit I was taking that’s all the timedoesn’t off driving to work and yeahamazing and I was using a cane really ahurricane and now my whole life hastotally changed just from drinking 15with it twice a day and just feelingamazing and helping other people sharingwe’re share women what they’re lookingthis woful so hang tight hang tight agoopen it is it gonna tell us already wellthe green light should come on okay ladywaiting for the green light come on sowe’re gonna give our beautiful and youknow what we’re gonna do we’re gonna eatit we’re gonna eat it we’re gonna we’regonna try it right nowwe’re gonna slice some bananas on topyou know we put some inside I’msurprised actually the little girlwhat’s her name again I can eat aboutfive bananas she’s two years oldamazing she loves watching our videosher mama says that she just watches thisover and over and over okay and anothergood thing is to have sugar free I’msorry but we didn’t let it cook themlong enough I don’t think okay oh shootit’s good did you know why white okayput sugar freeand this is not where Ganic it’s justit’s just one more it’s just Walmart butthey’re free who careshe’s a little bit yeah we’re gonna doI’m excited oh sorry presentation iseverythingah hold on a month work yeah okay
