How To Make Beef or Lamb Carnivore Diet Waffles | Taste Test!

I show you the quick and easy way to make carnivore diet style waffles! This video shows two ways to make them, either the lamb version or the beef version. Which one tastes better? The cool thing about this recipe is that it is made entirely of animal-based products! No plant related food at all. The one issue that may raise concern is honey. If you are trying to stay away from sugars on your carnivore diet then go ahead and pass on the honey topping. You can always use a hefty amount of butter!

Recipe:
8 ounces of either ground beef or lamb
4-5 eggs (substitute duck eggs if you want too!)
Use ghee or butter or tallow or duck fat https://amzn.to/3gmFqFi
Raw Honey as topping (only if you can handle the sugar, def not needed) https://amzn.to/3lgXBQn
