2- Eggs
1 1/2 – tablespoon white sugar
4 -teaspoons baking powder
1/4- teaspoon salt
1/2 -teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2-cup vegetable oil
1 1/2- cups milk
2 -cups all-purpose flour
1. Beat Eggs to light and fluffy, then add the remainder of ingredients. If batter is too thick add a tablespoon of milk more till you get the perfect consistency, not to thin or it will pour out of the waffle maker.
2. Pour into preheated waffle maker and cook till dark golden brown.
3. Garnish and serve hot!
