The easiest & fastest meat pie recipe| We have never baked pies so quickly!

No need to pre-fry meat and vegetables! Fill the pie with a raw filling. The filling is cooked just while baking the pie. That makes the pie-making process very fast!
You will see how easy it is to Make a Delicious Meat pie.
The addition of onions and frozen chopped vegetables gives juiciness to our minced meat. We use store-bought puff pastry.

We need:
Store-Bought Puff Pastry – 2 packs of 450g
Flour – 1/3 cup for rolling the dough
Minced meat – 1 kg
Onions – 2 pcs
Frozen chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions) – 3 cups
Salt – 1 Tbsp
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Black pepper – 1/2 Tbsp
Egg –1pc for greasing

-Take 1 kg of minced meat and add 3 cups of frozen chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions, etc.)
-Peel and chop 2 onions, add to the meat.
-Add 1 Tbsp of Salt, 1Tbsp of Sugar, 1/2 Tbsp of Black Pepper. Mix well.
-Roll out 1 pack of the Puff Pastry into a large layer. Place the filling on the puff pastry.
-Roll out half of the second pack of Puff Pastry into a layer. Cover the pie. Crimp around the edges.
-Roll out another half of the second pack of Puff Pastry into a layer. Cut it into strips. Decorate the pie with them.
-Cover the pie with baking paper. Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
-Then brush the pie with egg on top and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
