LEMON PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE

Lemon Pineapple Cheese Pie

9 inch pie pan
Bake 350 – 30 minutes

Crust
1 and 1/3 graham crackers crumbs
1/4 cup soft butter
1/4 cup sugar or buy already made pie graham cracker crust

Filling
2 pkgs cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs well beaten, one at a time
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
3 Tbs lemon juice
1 cup well drained pineapple crushed pineapple

Topping
1 large sour cream
3 tsp sugar or to taste
1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake till center is firm (approx. 30 minutes) Let stand for 5 minutes
Tope with topping and bake 10 minutes until cream sets. Don’t put too much topping on top like I did. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
